At myPAPERCLIP, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every stationery purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and invoice paperwork for a smooth verification process.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 48 to 72 business hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item passes our internal quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
